Tipster and Prediction Review Policy

How tipster applications and prediction submissions are assessed, approved, declined, and appealed.

Effective August 27, 2026Last updated August 27, 2026

This policy explains how Masterspred reviews tipster applications and prediction submissions. It should be read together with the Masterspred Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and applicable creator or marketplace rules.

Masterspred uses form validation, security checks, and administrator review. Meeting the basic requirements allows a submission to be reviewed but does not guarantee approval.

1. Tipster applications

Who can apply?

A registered Masterspred user aged 18 or older may apply if the user:

  • Has existing prediction activity on Masterspred sufficient for the review team to assess.
  • Intends to publish genuine, original sports analysis.
  • Provides complete and accurate application information.
  • Follows Masterspred’s Terms of Use and community rules.

Masterspred does not currently approve an applicant who has no existing prediction history on the platform.

Required application information

An applicant must provide:

  • Full name.
  • Registered Masterspred email address.
  • Country.
  • A valid social-media handle.
  • Preferred sport: Football, Basketball, or Both.
  • Years of experience: Less than 1 year, 1–2 years, 3–5 years, or 5+ years.
  • A “Tell Us About You” biography of no more than 150 characters.
  • A clear answer to “Why Should We Approve You?”

The “Tell Us About You” biography will be visible on the applicant’s public creator profile after approval. A full name, registered email, and other application details are collected for review and are not automatically made public unless Masterspred clearly states otherwise.

Masterspred will never ask an applicant to provide an email password, one-time password, payment PIN, or API credential as part of a tipster application.

Application statuses

An application moves through these statuses:

  1. Not applied: No application has been submitted.
  2. Pending: A complete application has been submitted and is awaiting review.
  3. Approved: Masterspred has accepted the application and creator upload access may be enabled.
  4. Declined: Masterspred has rejected the application and upload access is not enabled.

Upload access is shown only after approval. Submitting an application does not grant creator privileges while the request is pending.

What Masterspred considers

Masterspred reviews whether the applicant:

  • Provides complete, credible, and relevant information.
  • Demonstrates the ability to produce original sports analysis.
  • Has an existing prediction record that can be assessed.
  • Gives a meaningful explanation of their experience and suitability.
  • Uses a valid social handle that can reasonably support authenticity checks.
  • Has complied with Masterspred’s community, security, and platform rules.
  • Avoids misleading claims, copied material, spam, or guaranteed-win promises.

Approval confirms only that the applicant met Masterspred’s review standards at that time. It is not an endorsement or guarantee that the tipster’s predictions will be accurate or profitable.

Why an application may be declined

Masterspred may decline an application because of:

  • Missing, weak, vague, inconsistent, or unverifiable information.
  • No existing Masterspred prediction history sufficient for assessment.
  • Analysis or application text that appears copied or misleading.
  • A social handle that is invalid, unrelated, misleading, or cannot reasonably be verified.
  • Guaranteed-win, fixed-match, or similar deceptive claims.
  • Promotional spam or an application submitted mainly to advertise another service.
  • Previous fraud, manipulation, harassment, security abuse, or serious violations of Masterspred’s rules.
  • Reasonable concerns about authenticity, platform safety, or legal compliance.

Where appropriate, Masterspred should provide a short, understandable reason for declining an application.

How long does review take?

Masterspred aims to review a tipster application in less than 24 hours. This is a service target, not a guarantee. Complex reviews, high submission volume, technical problems, or security checks may require more time.

Reapplying after rejection

A declined applicant may apply again immediately after correcting or improving the earlier application. Repeatedly submitting unchanged, misleading, or abusive applications may result in temporary application restrictions.

Can approval be withdrawn?

Yes. Masterspred may suspend or remove tipster privileges if information later proves false, the creator repeatedly submits weak or copied content, manipulates activity, abuses payments or withdrawals, makes deceptive guarantees, or otherwise violates the Terms.

Serious suspicious activity may also result in temporary account suspension or a permanent ban under the Terms of Use.

2. Prediction submissions

What must a prediction contain?

A prediction must include all information required by the submission form and, at minimum:

  • A clear prediction selection.
  • Full supporting analysis for administrator review and for the unlocked experience.
  • A clear preview or “open analysis” that users can read before deciding whether to unlock the full analysis.

Where the form requests fixture, league, sport, kickoff time, odds, confidence, or other sporting information, it must be complete and accurate.

The public preview must give users a fair understanding of what is being offered without falsely revealing that the outcome is guaranteed. The locked analysis must provide genuine value beyond promotional wording.

How predictions are reviewed

Masterspred uses a hybrid process:

  • Automated checks may validate required fields, formatting, duplicate indicators, security risks, and other submission rules.
  • An administrator may review the quality, originality, sporting claims, statistics, preview, and full analysis before approval.

A prediction remains pending until it passes the checks required for that submission. Automated acceptance of a technical check does not prevent later human review or removal.

Acceptance standards

A prediction may be approved when it:

  • Contains a clear, understandable prediction and meaningful analysis.
  • Provides a useful and honest preview before unlocking.
  • Uses sporting facts and statistics that are reasonably accurate and supportable.
  • Appears original and is not copied from another creator or source without permission.
  • Does not promise or imply a guaranteed result.
  • Does not contain spam, unrelated advertising, or deceptive promotions.
  • Complies with the Terms, community rules, intellectual-property requirements, and applicable law.

Approval means only that the submission passed Masterspred’s review standards. It does not mean Masterspred guarantees, endorses, or adopts the prediction as its own.

Reasons for rejection

A prediction may be rejected for:

  • Weak, extremely brief, unclear, or unsupported analysis.
  • A weak or misleading preview that does not fairly describe the locked content.
  • False, fabricated, unverifiable, or materially misleading statistics.
  • False or deceptive analysis.
  • “Guaranteed win,” “100% sure,” fixed-match, risk-free, or similar claims.
  • Promotional content, spam, referral advertising, or attempts to redirect users away from Masterspred.
  • Copied, plagiarized, or infringing analysis.
  • Missing or inaccurate required submission information.
  • Content that is abusive, unlawful, manipulative, or contrary to Masterspred’s rules.
  • Reasonable evidence of coordinated, automated, or fraudulent submission activity.

Masterspred should provide a useful rejection reason where reasonably possible so the creator can understand what must be corrected.

How long does prediction review take?

Masterspred aims to review a prediction in less than 10 minutes. This is a service target, not a guarantee. Review may take longer during high submission volume, technical disruption, complex sporting verification, or security investigation.

Editing and resubmitting

A creator may correct and resubmit a rejected prediction. Resubmission does not guarantee approval. Repeated submission of materially unchanged, copied, misleading, or prohibited content may lead to submission restrictions, loss of tipster privileges, account suspension, or a permanent ban.

Removal after approval

Masterspred may remove or restrict a prediction after approval if it later discovers:

  • False information or fabricated statistics.
  • Copied or infringing analysis.
  • Undisclosed promotional material.
  • Fraud, manipulation, or coordinated abuse.
  • A technical approval error.
  • A violation of the Terms, law, or another person’s rights.

Where an approved paid analysis is removed, Masterspred may investigate affected unlocks and provide a refund, reversal, correction, or other remedy where appropriate or required by law. Any valid reversal may also reverse the associated 70% creator share and 30% Masterspred commission.

3. Fair review and enforcement

Masterspred aims to apply this policy consistently and in good faith. Review decisions may involve judgment about quality, originality, credibility, safety, and user value.

Masterspred may prioritize immediate restriction where a submission presents a credible risk of fraud, financial harm, security abuse, unlawful content, or harm to users. Decisions must not be based on unlawful discrimination.

Nothing in this policy permits Masterspred to confiscate valid purchased balances or legitimate creator earnings arbitrarily. Balances are handled under the Terms of Use, valid reversals, fraud findings, and applicable law.

4. Appeals

An applicant or creator may appeal a tipster or prediction decision by emailing themasterspred@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving the decision.

The appeal should include:

  • The Masterspred username and registered email.
  • The application or prediction reference, if available.
  • A short explanation of why the decision should be reconsidered.
  • Relevant, non-sensitive evidence supporting the appeal.

Do not send passwords, one-time passwords, card details, bank PINs, or other authentication credentials.

Masterspred may uphold, change, or return the decision for another review. The 48-hour appeal period does not remove any statutory complaint or remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted.

5. Changes to this policy

Masterspred may update this policy when review processes, creator features, marketplace rules, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required, and the updated date will appear at the top of this page.
