1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Masterspred website, applications, community, marketplace, digital coins, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated in Nigeria by Masterspred (“Masterspred,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use the Services. By using Masterspred, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The Services may not be available or lawful in every country. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you.
3. What Masterspred provides
Masterspred is a sports knowledge and community platform. Users can share sports predictions and analysis, follow community activity, and unlock eligible creator analysis in the marketplace.
Masterspred is not a bookmaker, betting operator, casino, financial adviser, or investment service. We do not accept or place bets. Content is provided for information, discussion, and entertainment. Predictions are uncertain and no result, profit, income, or sporting outcome is guaranteed.
You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on content available through the Services.
4. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep it updated, and maintain only accounts you are authorized to use. You must:
- Protect your password, device, and authentication credentials.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Not sell, rent, transfer, or share an account.
- Not create accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate activity, or abuse promotions.
You are responsible for activity on your account except to the extent caused by our breach of law or duty. We may require reasonable identity, account, or transaction verification to protect users and the Services.
5. Community content
“User Content” includes predictions, analysis, profile information, images, votes, fixture submissions, and other material you submit.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Masterspred a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and make it available as necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the Services. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal obligations, dispute records, platform integrity, or content already shared with others.
You confirm that:
- You own or have permission to submit the content.
- The content is accurate to the extent it states facts about you or your activity.
- The content does not violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy, or these Terms.
Public content may be viewed, copied, or discussed by others. Do not publish confidential or sensitive personal information.
6. Creator and marketplace rules
Eligible creators or tipsters may offer sports analysis that other users unlock using Masterspred coins.
When a valid marketplace unlock is completed:
- The unlocking user’s coin balance is reduced by the displayed amount.
- Masterspred deducts a 30% platform commission from the unlock price.
- The eligible creator receives the remaining 70% as marketplace earnings in their tipster wallet, subject to valid reversals, fraud checks, taxes, and these Terms.
- Access to the unlocked analysis is provided under the product rules shown at the time of purchase.
The analysis price, Masterspred’s commission, the creator’s expected share, and any applicable rounding will be displayed before the creator publishes paid analysis and before the user confirms an unlock. Masterspred will not apply an undisclosed marketplace commission.
Creators must publish genuine, original analysis and must not promise guaranteed results or misrepresent performance. Marketplace ranking, visibility, unlocks, and earnings are not guaranteed.
Masterspred may correct or reverse an earning where the underlying transaction is duplicated, fraudulent, unauthorized, refunded, technically erroneous, or otherwise invalid. When an unlock is validly reversed, the associated creator share and platform commission may also be reversed. We will not withhold legitimate earnings arbitrarily and will provide information or a review process where required by law.
7. Masterspred coins
Masterspred coins are limited-purpose digital credits for use within the Services.
- The current platform value is 1 Masterspred coin = ₦10, unless a different price is clearly shown before purchase.
- Purchased coins can be used to unlock eligible community analysis and other clearly described digital features.
- Purchased coins cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or redeemed for cash, except where a refund or remedy is required by law.
- Coins are not cryptocurrency, an investment, a bank deposit, legal tender, or an interest-bearing financial product.
- Coins may not be sold, transferred, traded, or used outside Masterspred unless we expressly provide an authorized feature.
Purchased coins are different from a creator’s eligible marketplace earnings. Creator earnings may become withdrawable through the tipster wallet under Section 9.
If we change coin pricing or usage rules, the change will apply prospectively and we will provide notice where required. We will not remove non-waivable consumer rights or arbitrarily erase a valid purchased balance.
Gifted coins expire seven days after they are issued. Gifted coins cannot be withdrawn, but they may be spent in the community marketplace before they expire. Any different promotional condition will be disclosed clearly when the coins are granted.
8. Payments, delivery, and refunds
Payments may be processed by Paystack or another approved payment provider. You authorize the provider and Masterspred to process the transaction information necessary to complete and verify your purchase.
You must use a payment method you are authorized to use. You must not initiate a dishonest chargeback or attempt to obtain both a digital benefit and a refund.
Coins or digital access that have been correctly delivered and used are ordinarily final. However, nothing in these Terms removes a refund, reversal, repair, redelivery, or other remedy required by applicable consumer law. We may provide a remedy for duplicate charges, failed delivery, unauthorized transactions, technical errors, or another valid complaint after investigation.
For the fastest investigation, report a payment problem to themasterspred@gmail.com within 12 hours and include the transaction reference without sending full card credentials. The 12-hour reporting period does not remove any consumer right or remedy provided by law.
9. Creator withdrawals
Eligible creator earnings may be withdrawn to a supported bank account after applicable verification and subject to the rules displayed in the wallet.
The current creator-withdrawal rules are:
- Minimum withdrawal: 10 coins (₦100).
- Maximum withdrawal per request: 99,999 coins (₦999,990).
- Withdrawal fee: none.
- Typical processing time after a withdrawal is successfully approved: 1–30 minutes. Paystack, bank, compliance, or technical delays may occasionally result in a longer processing time.
- Supported banks: banks made available through Paystack, subject to Paystack coverage and the withdrawal options displayed by Masterspred.
You must provide accurate bank information and may be required to complete identity, ownership, tax, anti-fraud, or compliance checks. You are responsible for taxes associated with your earnings unless the law requires Masterspred to deduct or report them.
We may delay, reject, or reverse a withdrawal where reasonably necessary to investigate inaccurate details, fraud, unauthorized activity, a chargeback, a legal restriction, or a technical error. Where appropriate and legally required, we will explain the decision and offer a way to seek review.
10. Prediction records and corrections
Masterspred may use official or reasonably reliable sporting sources to record fixtures and results. Results, statistics, confidence scores, histories, and leaderboards may be corrected when data is delayed, incomplete, void, abandoned, or erroneous.
These records are community and platform features only. They do not settle a bet or create a wagering obligation.
11. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Break the law or encourage unlawful conduct.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or impersonate another person.
- Publish stolen, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, or malicious content.
- Manipulate votes, follows, rankings, unlocks, performance records, payments, or withdrawals.
- Use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or coordinated activity to obtain an unfair advantage.
- Probe, scrape, overload, bypass, or interfere with security, authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Reverse engineer the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use Masterspred to promote guaranteed betting returns, financial scams, or deceptive schemes.
12. Moderation and enforcement
We may investigate reports and remove, restrict, label, or reduce the visibility of content that violates these Terms or law. We may warn, suspend, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, or legal compliance.
Masterspred may temporarily suspend an account while investigating suspicious activity. Suspicious activity may include suspected fraud, unauthorized account access, payment or withdrawal abuse, manipulation of votes or marketplace activity, use of multiple accounts to evade restrictions, automated abuse, misrepresentation, or attempts to bypass security controls.
Masterspred may permanently ban an account where there is reasonable evidence of serious or repeated fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, security attacks, or other material violations of these Terms. We may act immediately where delay could expose users, funds, data, or the Services to harm. A permanent ban will not permit Masterspred to confiscate legitimate purchased balances or creator earnings arbitrarily; balances will be handled according to applicable law, valid reversals, fraud findings, and these Terms.
Where appropriate, we will consider the seriousness, frequency, context, and risk of the conduct. You may challenge an enforcement decision by contacting themasterspred@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving notice of the decision. This period does not remove any appeal or remedy required by law.
We may take immediate action where necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful content, or imminent harm.
13. Intellectual property
Masterspred and its licensors own the Services, software, branding, interface, and platform content, excluding User Content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use the Masterspred name, logo, code, design, or proprietary content without written permission except as permitted by law.
To report alleged intellectual-property infringement, contact themasterspred@gmail.com with sufficient information to identify the work, the disputed material, and your authority to make the report.
14. Third-party services
The Services depend on third parties such as hosting, database, authentication, cache, security, and payment providers. Third-party services and links may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Masterspred is not responsible for an independent third party’s services to the extent permitted by law, but this does not remove responsibilities that applicable law places on us.
15. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, sporting-data delays, security incidents, provider outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may interrupt the Services.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. If a change materially affects purchased coins, unlocked access, creator earnings, or another paid entitlement, we will provide the notice or remedy required by law.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and community content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that:
- Predictions or analysis will be accurate or profitable.
- A particular creator will earn money or receive marketplace activity.
- The Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
- User Content is complete, lawful, or reliable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes an express promise we make to you or a warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masterspred will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services, including losses caused by reliance on a sports prediction or analysis.
Masterspred’s liability will be determined under applicable law and any remedy that cannot lawfully be limited remains available.
No limitation in these Terms applies to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud or another category protected by applicable law.
18. Your responsibility for claims
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Masterspred for reasonable losses and costs caused by your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another person’s rights, fraud, or material breach of these Terms. This obligation will not apply to losses caused by Masterspred or to the extent prohibited by consumer law.
19. Closing an account
You may stop using the Services and request account deletion through the account Settings page.
Before closure, you should use or resolve valid balances where permitted. Account closure does not automatically cancel legally required transaction records, disputes, investigations, or payment obligations.
- Before voluntary closure is completed, purchased coins must be spent and valid creator earnings must be withdrawn. This requirement does not remove any consumer or data-protection right that cannot lawfully be restricted.
- Valid creator earnings remain subject to withdrawal verification, fraud checks, reversals, taxes, and applicable law; they will not be confiscated arbitrarily.
- Content may be removed, de-identified, or retained as explained in the Privacy Policy and as required to protect platform integrity or other users’ rights.
Sections that by their nature should survive closure—including intellectual property, transaction records, disputes, liability, and governing law—will continue to apply.
20. Complaints and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without removing any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
You are not required by these Terms to complete a 30-day negotiation period before starting proceedings. Subject to any mandatory legal process, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, unless applicable law permits or requires another forum.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent protective relief or exercising a right to complain to a regulator or consumer-protection authority.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. We will post the revised Terms with a new “Last updated” date and provide reasonable additional notice of material changes where required.
Changes will not apply retroactively where doing so would be unlawful. If you continue using the Services after revised Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms, subject to rights that cannot be waived.
22. General terms
If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. You may not transfer your agreement with us without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a lawful reorganization or sale, with notice where required.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any clearly disclosed feature-specific rules form the agreement between you and Masterspred concerning the Services.
